We have filed a Civil Miscellaneous Application in Higher court against "Interim Injunction" given by lower court.
As both the proceedings may confuse the circumstances we want to give a Petition to the higher court asking them to direct the lower court to Stay/Stop/Pause the Main O.S. from proceeding till the CMA is decided upon
I want the format for the Application/petition. Under WHICH CPC rule does the petition need to be filed on . I am a new lawyer so asking help
