Pensionary benefit

Whether a divorced muslim lady (not by law) is entitled to get pensionary benefit though her name is not appearing in the family declaration of a deceased government servant (husband)?

Only legal divorcee or nominee of pensioner is eligible to get the pensionery benefits.
