Pay protection

i was working in state goverment as assistant professor of medical college on basic pay RS 24043 , AGP 8000, DA 18585, NPA 10000, HRA (10 %)= 3111. GROSS 63739=00 . i was technically resigned and absorbed by central govt in the same cadre now my basic is Rs 18750 AGP 6600, NPA 6338, HRA (30 %)= 9503, DA 18379, TA 5073, GROSS SALARY TOTAL-64629=00 .what will be my pay ? any one can answer
