Passport for minor

Hi All,

Please tell the process of getting passport for a minor child born out of wedlock and the parents got legally married later. Child's birth certificate is in 2008 and the marriage certificate of child's parents is in 2013. Is it different from getting passport in normal case? If different, please explain the process.
