We have got a property in my grand moms name in the year 1964 and is still under our possion(cultivation),but before she passed away the agreement is given to my fathers name and we are still cultivating,but recently when applied for a pass book this is marked as POT in 2008,as this belongs to a DKT land.
Pls let us know how to proceed further .looking for some help on this.
