Respected seniors,
I want to appear as party in person in one of cases in Punjab and Haryana High court. Is there any format of application to be presented on date of appearance in high court or I have to say it verbally that I want to defend my case by own. If there is any format can you please provide me that.

Dear Querist
there is no format, it is your right to fight your own case yourself with the permission of the court, you have to obtain permission from the Court.
