Female A dies in estate in year 1982. She died leaving 2 sons S1,S2 and daughters D1,D2.

She writes a  will on the wife if S1.Later it is gifted to daughter DS1 of S1.

The gift deed is registered in the name of DS1 year 2001.

The property is the possession of Wife of S1 and his daughter

ln the year 2015  the 3 daughters(D1S2,D2S2,D3S2) of S2 files a partition suit alleging will and gift deed registration. The Son S2 dies in year 2005.

The marriages of Daughter of S2 performed in year 1975.

Their are in laws house for their date of marriage .

Is the partition suit legitimate.Does no limitations exist in partition suite.

As it is maternal property and she has right to dispose her property as per her wishes.so her grand daughters claim may fail.but court judgement cannot be geussed .so defend in court they have no rights .
