Pls provide a format of notice to other partner to dissolve an unregistered partnership firm at will whose business had been stopped 3 years ago. Regards: Adv. sandeep

Dear sir, for dissolution of partnership firm you have to execute a deed of dissolution of partnership firm on a stamp worth Rs.500/- along with form-V.  You will get the proforma in Partnership Act, under Appendicies to the Act.

Thanks for cooperation sir. The firm is unregistered and one of the two partners want to dissolve it.
