my father having pagdi system tenant. rent reciepts and electric bill is in his name since 40 yrs but he doesnt stay there and is occupied by his real brother who stays there since 35 yrs. also father stays at different place of 480 carpet area ownership flat in his name. my qs is
1) can landlord take possession of flat
2) can his brother claim rented property
3) can both of them make conciparancy to challange my fathers rights.
