My father has a shop under pagdi system from 1978, and now my father is no more..
What is the legal cost of transfer of tenantship of shop on me and my bother's name ( Jointly )
as the shop is the property of Municipal Corporation..
Also plz tell me that if i want to sale this shop then will the money i got after selling this shop is black money
if yes then how can i make this money white , so that it can be deposited in bank account
and after selling the shop, how much amount ( legally ) have to be paid to municipal corporation
for transfer of tenantship..
