Dear Sir / Madam,

i am leaving in a pagdi building and the flat is in my father name, as there are some internal dispute within landlords and the building is almost 60 years old they are unable to come to 1 platform for redevelopment.

now the building condition is so bad that it cant be repaired, so if any thing like (building collaps) will we tenants be able to get our flats.

please advise
