Registration deed is on your name only. why do you want co-owner name ?

Thank you Sir for giving me reply, actually one of my familiy member asking me regarding the ownership of my flat, as he told me that may be home loan for the said property applied jointly (co-applicant) but as the registration deed in my name only, so she is not the owner of flat. actual fact, she can not go for registration on that date and given me a POA and I sumbit to bank and registered the deed. I want to prove that my wife is the co-owner of the said flat. Please advice me how I can prove with as per act or case laws. Thanks & regards
