Hi,
I had submitted my Original Possession letter from builder to Bank for taking Home loan in December, 2019 which has been Lost by Bank now & they are ready to issue letter for loss of Possession letter to me & my builder has also agreed to issue Duplicate Possession letter against Bank letter.
Please guide me with any other necessary procedure to be done now regarding the above to avoid any issue in future if i need to transfer my Home loan to any other banks or on Sale of property.
