online purchesing property .....

hello sir ...

i purches a fectory in online auction. by obc bank..
i deposite full payment. .. but ...bank not issue sell letter...... because defaulter party submit a case in drt court... party want settlement ..... i think bank meber in favour of defaulter party ... like bank advcate .
i need good advised for getting my purchesing unit.. plz plz gve good suggestion... cntect me 9m my no. 9057221163

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil matters before signing or making payment.

This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.
