First hearing dont worry.Be calm .court will give you a date.court will ask whether you want to join matrimonial home?etc.

Now,you said i want my money/jewellery/property back.

My question is Do you have all this bills?

thanks vyas sir. now one thing is coming in my mind that during marriage, almost 20-22 tola golds were given to me by my inlaws. i have pics of them in which inlaws are gifting me gold sets etc. plus there are about 10 tolas of gold that i had recieved from hubby's relatives as 'muh-dikhai'. but all of my jewellery (given by my parents+by inlaws+by relatives) were taken by my mother-in-law and she kept it in her own locker, saying that you are bit amateur, in our custody all jewellery is safe. and after few months, i requested my mother-in-law to give me atleast that jewellery which was given by my parents. she gave me few of them. all other jewelelry is still in her custody. total almost 45-50 tola gold, out of which i m having only 15 tola maximum. gold prize is 21500 these days..so almost 35 tola of 7.5lacs is with her.

can i legally claim that jewellery also, which were gifted by inlaws or hubby's relatives (as i dnt ahve any bill of that jewellery, coz that was purchased by inlaws for me)

how can i take this 'stridhan' back???
