Objection in service book by audit dept

Punjab govt approved  santion for recuitment of 10 person in P.S.E.B on jan 2008. i was appointed on dec 2011. when my "service book" sent to audit dept for approval they wrote the objection that the recuitment in only valid upto 2009 (i.e one year after the govt approval) they told to revalid my recuitment from govt.

plz help me to solve my problem
