I am an Engineer working in Government sector. My wife is a Doctor working in a private hospital. Both are having early salary more than 8 lakhs. We dont have any other income Total land area in our procession is 80 cents only.
Is my son eligible for OBC NCL certificate?
The applicant is eligible to apply for this certificate if both parents or one of the parents works under Group C or D of the central government and Group II, III or IV of any of the state governments. People who work for the Tamil Nadu State Government or Group B of the Central Government are eligible.
a) Creamy Layer: Income over 8 lakhs per annum
b) Non Creamy Layer: Income less than 8 lakhs per annum of the parents
