Nullify forgery gpoa document

Although the dro has sent letter to cancel the forgery gpoa the Sro in Chennai has not taken any action on it what to do such is the grim situation here for many years...though there is an Madras high court order that Sro can nullify based on section 83 of registration act

Section 83 in The Registration Act, 1908
83. Registering officers may commence prosecutions.—
(1) A prosecution for any offence under this Act coming to the knowledge of a registering officer in his official capacity may be commenced by or with the permission of the Inspector-General, 67[***] the Registrar or the Sub-Registrar, in whose territories, district or sub-district, as the case may be, the offence has been committed.
