Dear Sir,
Our Company has done a service agreement with a company to lease its floor 7 months before. Now we want to drop him an email to vacate the place for personal use.
The following lines are added to the agreement.
1) DURATION : 10 MONTHS agreement
2) Locking n Period of stay :: There is no locking period. Service provider can stop the services by giving 1 month notice and same is with the client.
Pls advice what email we should write to the client to vacate the office place.
