Notice period rule in it sector

Hi

My company have an official Notice Period for 30 Days as per mentioned in all documents of the Organisation and my Offer Letter too.

When I resigned my company is saying that they will not relive me after 30 days due to utter resposnibilities work on me and they might not get the new employee joined within next 30 days.

I have to join a new organisation in next 30 days .

What Should I DO  to get relieved by 30 days ??

Do I go ahead and impose a case on the Company in Legal Terms??

If you are serving 30 days notice period as specified in your employment contract / appointment letter, then it is absolutely fine.
