Normally how many hearing are required to get ex-party orders in divorce case , if wife is not contesting the case .

1. Three or four maximum hearings spread in short durations including Paper Publication getting allowed.
[first one for waiting her appearance + next one for alternate service + the very next one for allowing paper Publication and last one for ex-parte evidence tendering from your side plus keep one spare hearing date for adjournment for unforeseen reasons.]
