No objection certificate

Hi,

I need help, Please understand my case and share the solution.

I am working with X company, and my (X) company is Vendor for another company(Y). I was working on some projects with company Y. Now, i got an opportunity to join with company(Y).

Now, my company(X) doesn't provide me NOC and company(Y) asking for Noc to release the offer letter and i don't want to miss the opportunity.

Please help me in this.
