No act 138 If cheque presented other state karnataka on 02/08/2012. The same bank at karnataka on 04/08/12 payment stopped by drawer.. That intimation recvd on 15/08/12. Notice dated on 31/08/2012sent asking payment. Case filed on 09/10/2012. In this case any deviations. In notice date after bouncing date or filling date in court.. Please clarify valuable club members
