Sir/Madam,
My neighbour illegally occupied some part of my land and built his compound in my land. I was filed a petition in Survey Department. They measured my land and conformed the illegal occupy and not taken any action. Kindly advice me what can I do to get back my land?

File a petition in civil courts for injunction order to vacate the land. consult civil practicing lawyer
