To enter our house at Katihar, Bihar a 40 feet x 4 feet narrow road is there which we have been used for last 50 years. Recently, this property of my grandmother has been sold to a local person. Our neighbour filed a Title Suit on that road, which municipal corporation marked as Road in their map claiming their personal property.
What should be done, sirs?
