Need to file criminal case

Hi,

I reside in Mumbai. My Parents stay in Bangalore and are badly stuck in an disputed property case (modestly high valued). The Buyer has cheated them and not paid full amount as per sale deed. Need help in appointing an experienced lawyer who can guide and help them come out of this crisis.
