I have received an offer from an Employer, but not able to join since my current employer is not in a position to relieving me , I have Emailed My Resignation after which,i received a Response something like this
"I am happy to accept your resignation but you need to complete all the task in the important list that has been assigned to you and based on that we can plan your last day. As most of task, you have already spend considerable amount of time working but I would like to see that as completed before your last day."
To complete those tasks it takes about a Year and more .
