Dear Sir,
I am writing this for your kind suggestion for getting me gratuity from my past organization.
I was working with one of the IT services company fro 26th may 2008 till 28 Feb 2013.The company asked me to resign as they have no projects left.I have worked 4 years,9 months and 2 days with the company.I discussed with them about the gratuity, may be I am eligible for the gratuity but they are saying that by the circular one should complete 4 years, 10 months and 11 day to be eligible for the gratuity. I have 52 leaves in hand also. I need openion, may I eligible for the gratuity? May I ask from my company Gratuity forcefully if I am eligible through law?
