Further the builder's lawyer has sent a reply to my court petition. A copy of that reply is sent to me. The builder's lawyer has stated in his reply that I have breached my contractual obligation. I have with held some payment pertaining to car parking and EDC (external development charges). Now in the last week I have tried to make the payment but the builder refuces to receive the payment. what should i do?
