Hi,
I am looking for judgements that say "insufficiently stamped promissory notes" cannot be taken as evidence. The promissory note in question does not have revenue stamp on both sides how it should be.
Looking for help urgently. Any recent judgements will be helpful.

Any promissory can be secured with such stamping after paying the penalty.
A promise in the contract may not be in writing and may be oral also.
If there is such a thing in writing, if it is not adequately stamped, there is a laid down process to get it stamped.
