Hi,
I am planing to construct house on the land owned by my grandfather.My grandfather at the time of the death has written will in favour of his 3(my aunt,uncle and my father) children and divide property into equal shares.Now 3 are constructing house on the same land.Here my question is that now i am planning to go for home loan including my father as co-applicant.Do i need to produce any other document apart from will,sale deed and my father muncipal tax,EC.Already 3 members lived in the same place almost 30 years.now we are dismantalling the building and constructing new one.Each member has own power connection on their name and paying property tax under their name.Please assit me with this?
