I have purchased new open plot in Pune and have done its registration but I found one mistake in deed doc that instead of my e-stamp as a defaced in that document it got attached with other person e-stamp as defaced in document. I asked to my lawyer he said me by mistake other E-stamp got attached to your deed document but property is register against my e-stamp.
Please suggest what I do cancel the deed or just do deed correction.
