Hi,
if the girl applied for a divorce before one year completion of marriage life and now she planing to live with her ex lover in USA. is it posible that when divorce case is pending in india , she can move to USA?.
If yes means how to stop her going out of country .
Please help me to answer the question.

1. One cannot stop such movements of one party in absence of any criminal charges pending against her in reference to context.
2. Your side needs to first check merit of 1 year not completed in marriage yet divorce filed by the party.
