Need help

My grandfather lives with my uncle since last 40 years. Now he is 94 years of age but good in mind and memory. My father bought a property, jointly in his and his father's name, in 1998. In 1998, presence of buyer was not required during registry. My father told my uncle about this but my uncle never told this to my grandfather. In 2012, my father expired and through his will I have inherited his share of the property. My uncle did not tell my grand father about my father's death. We came to know through some third party that my grand father wants to meet me and my mother but my uncle is continuously denying us to meet him. When We went to his place to see my grand father he threw us way through security guards.

My questions are

  1. My grand father is unaware of my father's demise. Does he have a legal right to know this.
  2. My grand father owns a roperty. Does he have a legal right to know this, sell this or name his heir regarding this property.
  3. Though my gand father lives in my uncle's house and can't come out to meet us Do I have a right to go to my uncle's place to see him.
  4. Do we have a right to visit him regularly and ensure that he is properly taken care for.
  5. How can we legally enforce our uncle to cooperate on above points.
  6. Can local Police help us.
