Kindly let me know is it valid that employee can sign Exit NDA/agreement on his last date?
NDA mention that you can't disclose client information, you will not contact client/employee for some specific duration for any reason. You will not work directly/indirectly with client/employee once you leave the organization.

Kindly check if such agreement is valid or void.
Employer may ask. Employee may agree or may decline. It is felt this is for some mental satisfaction of the promoter.

As per law/legally, Exit NDA for employee is valid?
