Navin Sharat Agriculture Land
We are buying Navin Sharat Land, and we are getting permission from Collerctor to Purchase...
We would like to know how is Duty worked if Buying for Industrial Purpose / Residential Purpose.
If the Market Valuation of that area for Agriculture NA Land is 1540 / Sq. Mtrs
And for Industrial NA it is 2% and Residential NA it is 50%...
Still need clarifications.
