You can claim a legitimate share out of the property left behind by your maternal grandparents provided they died intestate.

What & where is the property left behind by your nana nani and how much share / quantum of property do you expect  ? Do you want to retain / maintain a relation with your mama / mausi or a share in the subject property ?

Whether your nana nani executed any will or died intestate ?

You along with other legal heirs of your mother can claim your rightful share in those properties either by mutual consent or by filing a partition suit.
