Name change in property registration

I have applied for publishing my name change in gazette of Tamilnadu where i m residing at present in my own flat. The flat has been registered in my old name and the original DOCUMENTS for the property is with LICHFL from where i took home loan.Please suggest me the procedure how to change my name in property registration in this scenerioo.

The gazette notification should suffice.

Or else you can seek co-operation of LICHFL.

It may/may not agree.

If it and seller agrees get the change done...
