Na and r zone

Looking for plot around Pune. Lot of plots that are available in R-zone but not NA. They are "proposed for NA".

1. What is difference between R-Zone non NA plot and an NA plot?

2. will there be any issue in future if I buy R-zone non NA plot?

2. What are the documents should I check from seller?

N A may mean Non Agricultural. Development of the land may depend on local laws and situations for development. For R zone plots refer to municipal authority site.

Thanks for clarification.

I searched for local municipal site. No luck.

So how a plot is in "R Zone" and still non NA? Is it safe to buy such plot?

R zone means residential zone it's a better deal then agriculture zone or red zone
