My wife has been granted promotion under FCS from Scientist B to Scientist C with retrospective date of 1st July 2020. She was on child care leave at that time and joined on 28th August 2020. Now how her minimum residency will be counted for next promotion to the post of Scientist D? Is there any provision to consider her residency from 1st july 2020 for next promotion? The financial benefits not required wef 1st July 2020 only residency.....
