Mutation of plot

Dear sir, my father has purchased a plot in faizabad up in 1997.During registry the gata number of was written wrong. After 4 years when it was noticed then this mistake was corrected through a separate rectification deed called as tittimba and registered in the registry office. Now we want to file mutation for this plot but Lekhpal of our area is saying that it is not possible after correction. What should we do?

My father has been expired in 2004. We are 3 brother. Plot is still in the name of my father.

Out of 3 brothers, one brother has to file a suit for partition against remaining 2 brothers include this plot also in suit. Attach the saledeed as well as rectification deed in suit on first date. After two or three dates of courts, submit the compromise agrrement mutually agreed by both to the court and get the order as you want. and then as per court compromise dcree or order you can mutate the plot as per order of court.
