Muslim lady of 78 years sales/rent his father's house

An old widow muslim Shia lady got an house of 350 square feet from her father she has only a married daughter who does't care her even beating and does't giving food the lady fulfill there needs and medicine by getting alms from every where now the lady want to sell or give on rent to her house but her daughter does"t permitted her .my question is does lady could sell or give her house on rent without taking permission from her daughter note that the house is of lady's father and she is muslim
