ਦੂਜੀ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਤੁਸੀਂ ਤੱਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਾਫ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ:-

1. ਕੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਮਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਹੈ (ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਮਾਂ/ਪਿਤਾ ਦੀ ਆਮਦਨ 9000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ)

2. ਕੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਲਈ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਲਾਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

3. ਕਿਉਂ/ਕਿਵੇਂ/ਕਿੱਥੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ

1. क्या आपकी मां आप पर निर्भर हैं (अर्थात् आपके माता/पिता की सभी स्रोतों से आय 9000 रुपये प्रति माह से अधिक नहीं है)

2. क्या कर्मचारियों के इलाज के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा सूचीबद्ध अस्पताल में इलाज कराया गया था।

3. आपका दावा क्यों/कैसे/कहां खारिज किया गया है

तथ्यों को जाने बिना कोई भी आपको ठोस सलाह नहीं दे सकता। यदि किसी को आपसे सहानुभूति है तो वह तथ्यों को जाने बिना आपको सलाह नहीं दे सकता।

Firstly of all there is a need for you to know that none understands gurumukhi scriptt or punjabi language after crossing rajpura ( I am also not qualified to read/write in the language and scriptt)

secondly even if one knows  punjabi you have not made your view clear.

You have not even cleared the facts :-

1. whether your mother is dependent  on you (i.e. your mother / father not having income from all sources above Rs 9000 per month )

2. whether treatment was taken in a hospital  empenaeled by state govt for treatment of employees .  

3. why/how / where your claim is struck up

none can give you concret advise without knowing he facts.  if anyone has sympathy for you he may not be advising you  without knowing he facts.

Being a teacher you must be aware this site is world-wide, where you will not find every expert / respondent knows Punjabi, whereas, you could have (presumably) posted facts and query in English if you are really interested in obligation of experts on this platfrom, although I do understand (read, write and speak) Punjabi as well.

Even I am also not qualified to read or write (only able converse as mother tongue) punjabi in gurumukhi scriptt. I could read the question thanks to online translation tools
