Mortigaged agri land.

I had borrowed a agri tractor loan ₹100000 on 2007 at union bank of india. Basically i depent on agriculture and due to water pollution caused by the effulent water discharge by deying factories situated at tirupur in to noyyal river causes (not only my land) the entier land and ground water unfit for agriculture and cattle farming. There is no other sourse of income is for me.I depent only on my land. Due to this reasons i could not repay the loan. Now the bank got a order from debit recovery tribunal to sell my mortigaged land. A case had been filed by the affected farmers at madras high court and the court ordered the deying factory association to give compensation for the affected farmers. The judgement no is. WP 3553/10. But as of now we didn't get any compensation. Ther is no other way than agriculture for me what to do in this situation please answer me.
