Sir,
I am taken money from some one in the year 2006 one is Rs.10 Non-judicial stamp paper and another one is Rs. 1 paper the amont is 50000 and 60000 in the same year . I was paid 10000 Money as interest for 5 months after i was unable to pay any amout till now. Now he is demanding Land i.e. 10 Guntas which is in my name. I saying that i will pay what ever the 110000 + interest. But he is not accepting my words.
please advise me .
