Mistakenly got scheduled caste certificate

I got scheduled caste certificate by blood relation certificate of my uncle.My uncle got it normally.Actually what happens,One of my neighbour hadctold me one day I.e in the year 1990,When I was about 18+age.Suddenly he told me from back side that you have a blood relation Scheduled caste certificate of your uncle,and you could get from it.Actually I had totally have ignorant about that matter and he had done everything for me.Now what could I do now
