Minor share

Dear sir, madam I have a query. . I am planning to buy a property. Owner of a property expired now the legalians are his wife. Mother. Father and his kid aged 3. Now they deposited the 1/4 shares of property in kids name to axis bank and given me the slip of it.. Please advise me whether I can buy this property. . Thank you
