I bought a property in chennai on 2011. When I applied Loan in LIC they said minor name should not be present in the sale deed. I have opened a fixed deposit in the name of minor while executing the sale deed also FD number mentioned in the sale deed and attached a copy of FD advice while submitting my loan application. Bank said there are possibilities once a minor becomes major they can file a case in the court and get the property back.
Now Minor Age: 1 Boy age is 12, 1 girl age is 3 and 1 girl age is 6
How to remove minor name in the sale deed?
Any other way to safe gaurd my property?
