Hi,
I took annuity policy from Maxlife in 2011. I paid two annual premiums and discontinued my policy.
I send mail to the concerned company by mail that i am unable to continue the said policy and asked them do the needful for refund of my premuim as per rules. But no reply from them.
I asked the Axis Bank person thro' whom i joine this policy is telling i cannot get the money back.
How can i loose my hard earned money?
Kindly advice what to do.
