What is the default legal position as to the ownership of mense profits if nothing is mentioned in the sale deed ?
Who is entitled to get the mesne profit after the date of the sale deed ? The original land lord or the new owner ?

The status quo prior to the sale of the property will remain to continue if there is no mention about it in the sale deed.
